It would be way healthier for you to work this stuff out with a therapist or anger management.

hi im new and i joined to ask a quesion, i've recently discovered tulpamancy and want to get more into it. i just have one question; is it ethical to get rid of a tulpa once you dont want them? what if you create the tulpa because you want to let out some anger? is it mean to be mean to them? just wondering
It will be cool to try out, so I'd do it anyways.
Enjoy it for it's own sake for a bit just because it's a neat new experience you may not get the chance to do again.
i would assume it is the same type of stuff that allows you t walk without thinking about it, and also allows things to move in your imagination without having to put effort into it
the point of a tulpa is to get something that has a seemingly autonomous intelligence (or something along that ballpark)

psychology is not neuroscience, there are different schools of psychology that talk about same stuff using different terminolgoies, explaining it with different mechanisms
